Question - My dog is allowed on the bed and couch, but when I'm on the bed/ couch, she doesn't want to be on it.

My dog is allowed to go on the bed and couch, and she does hop onto them when my girlfriend hangs out with her on the bed/ couch. But when I start sitting on the couch or hop onto the bed, she almost always immediately gets down off the bed/ couch and lies down on the floor. She is otherwise very affectionate. She only does this when I get comfortable on the same platform as her. It's not really a problem or anything, but I'm just curious.
