It seems to be a lump under the skin and she reacts to that. It might hurts.

At first, I thought it's a mosquito bite, but after a month it's still there.

I don't know what to do... I lost my job a few months ago and she is my only companion

I think I need to go to the animal hospital and have a vet check on that but I am not sure how much it might cost...
