Been researching ways to do as the title says. But would love to get advice from the real world, as it were.
I have four dogs, one of which is a small yorkie that loves to mark its surroundings. This includes the couch. While we try to limit his time in the area, it's not always possible. The couch reeks due to b old urin stains and I'd like to dèèp clean it, and have looked into hand held steamers, vinegar, baking powder and the like.
What has worked best for others? Thanks.
I'm hoping someone can offer some advice or information. I have a bischone/poodle, about 14 years old. She is mostly blind and deaf butup to this point otherwise healthy and active within her abilities with being blind.
Just today she has begun yelping and nipping when touched. I tried to narrow it down by feeling around to see if I could get a response. My first thought was possibly an ear infection. But I can rub her ears with no issue for a time, then she will yelp and nip. After this I was rubbing her back and she did it again while I rubbed her hind legs.
She has bitten most of my family today and I'm worried for them, as well as for her. My guess is that she is in pain. We plan to take her in as soon as possible.
I guess I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Maybe this breed having similar issues or even just in general.

My 6 year old labradoodle, Marshall, has suddenly become anxious and aggressive seemingly overnight. Ive had him since he was 4 months old and he has been nothing but sweet and loving, but in the past few months he has started licking his legs excessively and howling and nothing, to the point where he works himself up so bad it takes 5 or more minutes to calm him down. I have another dog who Marshall now does not want to play with and can get aggressive if she tries to play with him. Im at a loss. I took him to the vet and they said it might be allergies that make him itchy and on edge, but the medication does nothing. She gave me tranquilizers as well but they knock him out so bad he just sleeps all day instead. I cant take Marshall anywhere anymore because he will howl the whole way in the car when before he was happy to just look out the window. ANY suggestions are welcome - I just want my boy happy again!!
