Crate training a pug

Hi, I have a three month old puppy I've had him for three days and I'm trying to crate train him. I feed him in his crate and do everything to make it a pleasant area for him but come sleep time all he does is whimper and yelp the way I was told to deal with this is by ignoring his attempts of attention to get out of the crate which is fine... BUT it seams he gets stressed at poos on his bed... What can I do about this? Any help welcome.

hey. long time lurker here and this is my first post. first of all english is not my first language so please pardon any mistake. i live in a country called egypt. we don't have any real shelters here which means that all dogs and cats stay in streets till they die from hunger or poison. i want to make a shelter here that helps all the neglected animals here and don't know how and where to begin. i need to know all the legal papers i need for something like this and also need to know all the available funding sources to help me start the shelter. also i don't have any experience in any shelters since there are non here so i have no idea what shelters need to help animals apart from food and medicine. I need a real advice from someone who works in animal rescue and shelters so i get to know all the details. i'm so sorry if the post is so long or that it's in the wrong subreddit i just don't know where to post it actually and i'm so tired of seeing dead animals everyday in streets from being hit by cars or any other goddamn reason. so to not make it any longer for you here's what i need to know: 1- all the legal papers i need to make 2- all the funding sources available for this according to my country because i searched for go fund me and i can't quiet know if it's available here. 3- i need to know all the needs of a shelter and how it's supposed to look like since i have no idea to be honest but i just want to help animals. sorry again for the very long post. any advice will be appreciated. i don't want any financial help from anyone here now i just want to know where and how to begin. thanks alot
