#dog - #Pit/Lab throwing up. We are at a loss, please help! (x-post from r/askvet)

Pit/Lab throwing up. We are at a loss, please help! (x-post from r/askvet)

Species: Dog (mid-sized)

Age: 1 year 8 months

Sex/Neuter status: Male / Neutered

Breed: Pit Bull / Lab mix

Body weight: 65 lbs normally (57 now, after being sick)

History: Rescued from a humane society at 4 months old

Clinical signs: Throwing up bile color, now throwing up non-digested food. He still eats but has lost weight. Have been to multiple vets, looking for second opinions

Duration: intermittently for 2 months

Your general location: Illinois / Missouri border.

Links to test results, X-rays, vet reports etc: I have the disk that the vet gave with the X-rays, but apparently I don't have the proper program to look at the images. If anyone knows more than me, I can send the files that are on the disk.

More info: Started as throwing up bile colored liquid 12 times within a period of 5 hours. Taken to the emergency vet- found nothing wrong, and gave him subcutaneous fluids, X-ray showed nothing that would have caused anything to happen like this. He was fine for a few days and then threw up some more. We took him to another vet who thought it might be a wheat allergy, we went to wheat free foods, and after finding one he liked - he was fine for awhile. After two weeks of not throwing up at all - now, he throws up partially digested to non-digested food twice in the third week of this food. We are at our wits end here, and no one has a great answer. We are submitting a parasite test tomorrow (hopefully) to see if that gives us any results.

I've lost my dog last year, its been over 1 and half year now but I still miss my dog

My dog passed away a year ago at age 16. but I still miss my dog and I do not want a new dog or other pets, sometimes I walk and see dogs outside I remember my dog and still miss my dog, My dog was the best and I loved my dog the most. I cannot get over this feeling since my dog died. Does anyone have the same feelings as me?
