Dog Behavior?

I visited my boyfriend's house and he had two dogs. I've never had dogs and don't know how they or why they do things. The small one kept running around, sitting on my lap and running around again. But she always came back to sit. He says he never saw her do that unless the person had food, which I didn't. This is really my first time meeting them, so why would she do this?

Question: would you trust another dog owner to walk your dog?

Hey guys, I am doing a project for school and I need to gather people's opinions. I love dogs so that's the topic I have chosen. My question for everyone who has dogs is:

Would you trust another dog owner to walk your furry friend? this is considering that you have time to meet each others dogs first, talk and maybe even go to their home. Would you let someone else walk him/her?
