I got in a relationship with my boyfriend about 4 months ago and my dogs love him, still do love him. One of my dogs is starting to put on a show. When we first got together dog would run up to my boyfriend and be so happy when I was around and would do the same when I wasn't around. Now my dog does that when I'm not around only. When I'm in the room my dog acts scared and will hide behind me and shake when laying on me when boyfriend is there, but like I said dog is perfectly fine with boyfriend when I'm not around. He sent me videos of them playing as of yesterday. My dog acted as he loves my boyfriend more than anything in the videos he sent.I think maybe dog did this once and I accidentally rewarded dog for that behavior and now dog thinks to get my attention dog needs to act that way. I also might think dog wants to be alpha and boyfriend is in the way of that so for dog to be alpha dog needs to make me feel like boyfriend is bad by acting scared. I just wanna know why dog is putting on a show or if anyone else has had this problem. I know for a fact he doesn't do anything bad to dog. He loves him like his own. PLEASE HELP!

I came home from work to see poop in the tub. I'm grateful that my puppy is making an effort to not poop in the house -- I understand the logic that made him poop in the tub.
That said, if even after wiping up the poo with a paper towel, and using disinfectant spray, is it safe for me to soak in the tub like I used to do, before this incident? ... My concern is about microbial growth from the dog poop, and also about toxins from the poop itself, since I heard that a tiny amount of poo that ends up in the eye, for example, causes people to get pink eye)
