Woke up this past Saturday morning and took my dog on a walk in the state park. As she likes to do every morning which is smell for other dogs ass scent as she pulls me all over the place. But this morning was different, she and I both stopped and steered at the leafs falling and changing color of them changing (I know dogs are color blind) as the trees moved a little. We both stood there for a good two minutes and just looked on, she looked at me once as if to say "are you seeing this too".
I have had my dog for 3 years now and never had problems with him getting loose until recently. About a month ago "he" undid his buckle collar 2 times in a week, since then he has broken 3 tie out cables for XL dogs (he is only about 40 lbs). He has also unfastened the clip from his collar 3 different times... I was really thinking it was a neighbor trying to get on my nerves so I sat up a trail camera... He was loose again this morning, nothing showed on the camera except him.
Any suggestions on how this is happening or how to avoid it?
