ORAVET Dental Hygiene Chews - did anyone else's dog get sick?

My Rough Collie was starting to get some tarter build up on her teeth so I bought Oravet Dental Hygiene Chews on the recommendation of my vet. She seemed to like them and ate one and about half of another the next day. Then for the next three days she was sick with green diarrhea and some vomiting and wouldn't eat anything. Vet said it had nothing to do with the chews (a coincidence that everything coming out of her was green?)

I just wanted to see if my experience was common and to let other pet owners know to be cautious, even with products recommended by their vet.
