Need Life Saving Help for my 2 Westiepoos!

I have two Westiepoos , named Daisy and Lilly, that are twin sisters , aged 13, that have periodontal disease (stage 3). I can not afford to get the treatment that they both need to get rid of this disease (over $1500) so I am wondering if anyone knows any complete at home treatments I can do that can help slow this disease down in my 2 beautiful puppies. Please help!
