Hello. I'm not sure where to go with this. My dog, 7 years old, has Transitional Cell Carcinoma (TCC), or canine bladder cancer. He was diagnosed about a year ago, and was said to live a couple more months. A year later, after lot's of diet changes and chemo-therapy, he is starting to have an uncontrolled bladder. Peeing all over the house, etc. My question is simple. Is this worth putting him down? We don't see signs of pain, and don't know what else to do. He pees all the time, and has been dripping blood for over a year. Thanks
He also suffers from "Chylothorax". We took him to the vet and they pumped as much fluid as they could out. Right now he's at home and his heart rate remains really fast. I was wondering if there's any cannabis or cbd treats for dogs, that will possible help and slownhis heart rate down so he can sleep comfortably at night. Thoughts?
Hi there! I have a cavalier king charles spaniel with long ear hair. I'd really like to cut it shorter, because I did that once and it was easier to maintain (and also he stopped stepping on it and falling over by accident :P) but it was quite... uneven. One of the ears was cut shorter, the shape was a little bit different, so I cut more and more and he ended up having nearly puppy-lenght ears! Do you have any tips on how to cut your dog's ear hair at home? I only have small and big pairs of scissors and a trimmer for human hair (I never tried it on him though, so he might be afraid of the buzzing noise). Thanks for every piece of advice, doglovers!
