some people like dog very much,what will you when give you a dog.i met people send a newborn puppy to market cause they can't feed too much dog,but most people need work outside and they haven't time to take care of the dog although they like dog deeply.so,what will you do ?

I recently bought a home in the USA after living in South Africa. My wife and I have two dogs that were prescribed to us to help with depression and anxiety. We just learned the HOA does not allow more than one dog unless they are a service animal or emotional support animal. They say in their documents it must come from a licensed professional. My question is- if we get the letter from our doctor in SA would the HOA acknowledge it? Does the doctor have to be practicing in the USA? We're extremely stressed as we don't know what to do.
Hey HELP I havent seen my dum ass dog in two weeks. He is a FAT pug name PEPPERS and he likes treats and eat trash out the can. I dont have a picture of him bc he is a SNEAKY LIL GUY. If you see him DONT let him eat out of the garbage and plz tell me where he is and what hes been up to
