This is my dog Milli and she has a Skin Condition

For the past 3 weeks, her coat has been shedding and around her tail, her skin is very dry and scaly.

I have researched around the internet but haven't found an answer to the cause of her skin being this way. I'm hoping that someone here knows what is going on so I can treat it before anything else happens to her. Any suggestions I will appreciate.

Here are the images of her tail (I advise people with weak stomachs): https://imgur.com/a/MPypLFx
