So me and my wife have 2 dogs (we've had both of them for about 6 or 7 years). One is a small terrier who weighs about 8 pounds and the other is a blood hound who weighs about 90 pounds.
We only let the terrier sleep on the bed since there just isn't enough room for the hound dog to sleep on there. The hound doesn't seem to mind it but is that mean of us to do?
Hi everyone! So I'm having some questions about what food to feed my puppy. When I got her she was already on olroy maximum which is a very fatty adult food so I wanted to switch her over quick to a puppy food. The store I was at only had a few choices and I had already been to 4 stores prior so I picked out the only good reviewed food that was there, being Purina One SmartBlend Healthy Puppy Formula. It has chunks of real lamb, no fillers and my 4 year old dog loves it. But my pup just finished her breakfast and then threw up all the chunks of meat. Now I'm worried that it's too hard on her stomach. The bag doesn't specify breed size or anything or say anything about all breeds and sizes so I'm worried that it's a large breed food. I did research while at the store about that food and there was nothing bad about it and nothing about breed and size. I was originally going to switch her onto Iams puppy food but the stores I went to didn't have it. The grocery store I work at sells it and ALOT of people buy it and it has good reviews. Just want some opinions on different good but affordable puppy foods in Ontario Canada. Thank you in advance!
