I don't know if this it the right place to ask or not, but I need help. If I need to go to another sub, please let me know.
We have a German Shepherd- Lab mix, and an Olde English Bulldogge. Both female. I've had the GS-Lab for about 3 years now, she was a gift, the Bulldogge has been my wife's dog since before we were married (about 5 years). They have lived together in our house for all three years, and they are both normally very docile, or in the GS-Lab's case, timid/scared/shy around new people and/or dogs. We had an issue when they both went into heat last year and they couldn't be in the same room with each other without trying to rip each others face off.
Now we have been living with my mother-in-law temporarily since August. She has a male Bulldogge, and a female pup. We know at least one of ours was in heat in September (bleeding). They all did fine together until a couple of weeks ago, now any time the GS-Lab is in the same area as OUR female Bulldogge, she attacks, she is the aggressor every time. We have to keep them separated at all times. I don't understand why the sudden change. We haven't found evidence of either of them being in heat, and they were fine with the male being around up until the middle of October or so.
We moved in to try and save up some money and pay off medical bills, so I really don't want to have to spring to get one of them spade right now (been quoted $500+), especially if I'm not absolutely sure that's going to help.
Any advice?

My dog for some odd reason is very anxious and nervous. He is also afraid to move. Usually after having dinner he has his dinner and runs to his food. But now i have to bring his bowl to him. This has been hapening for the last few hours. Can anyeone give any advice? Would be appreciated.
They enjoy standing on the new tile. Even though i told them to go play and let me work.

I'm sick of getting screamed at by other people every time I take my dogs out for a walk or anywhere else in public. Last time I took my senior out some random stranger came up and yelled at me because I was carrying her instead of walking her on the leash; I was carrying her back to the car because she's 13 years old and her heart issues were keeping her from continuing her walk This keeps happening and I'm tired of having to explain to these assholes that she's a senior. Everyone jumps to assume she's a spoiled puppy and launches into a rant at me.
I also have two puppies, a yorkie and a toy xolo, and people love to complain at me how much they hate small dogs and think they're "stupid rats". They're four months old and already more well-behaved than any large puppy I've met, yet these same people gush over any large dog that comes by and barks at them and slobbers all over them and pushes them over. My dogs didn't do anything wrong to get namecalled, no one has ever been able to say they're impolite. Why do people just seem to want to judge small dogs and their owners so much? I get this crap from people a few times a week.

I am very depressed rn because I just had to return a 2 month old female puppy which I adopted a few days ago. I am extremely sad and miss her terribly. I had to do so because she wouldn't stop pooping and urinating everywhere in my house. She would also chew up everything she came into contact with. Every single moment would be devoted to her. I couldn't eat, sleep, shower, nothing. I am a very lazy fellow and I don't like to clean things over and over again. I don't know what to do and am terribly sad rn. I want to get her back but I don't want to make any hasty decisions. Please help me! I MISS HER TERRIBLY.
P.S. i also live in an apartment on the 6th level so taking her out to poop every now and then is not a viable option.
