MORE INFO ON GARLIC TOXICITY IN DOGS
Normally when something happens I trust the internet to have butt loads of forums and discussions to help me out!
Last night one of our 6 month old puppies took a couple bites off a plate of pasta before I caught him doing it..
This morning he urinated, threw up, and had diarrhea with blood in it all within 5 minutes.
We rushed him to the vet. Found out his blood is showing high enzymes in his liver and kidneys. Also high white blood cell count.
He ate less than a clove... but the dish was well flavored with garlic.
There is not enough info online to alert people of the dangers of garlic on your dogs! Please if you've had something similar happen, share your story.
I'm praying this pup heals.
