Dog don't move unless I'm home.
So I just got a 5 month old Rottweiler puppy, he won't eat unless i feed him, don't go outside unless I let him out. My roomate will try to feed him or let him out and all the puppy will do is 1.stay in the kennel or jump on my bed and not move. He also is scared of everybody and runs if they move to fast but has no problem with me and will only get on my bed if he is scared and will not get on the couches or anything, he is also terrified of the kitchen, I think the last people that had him spanked or beat him and chained him up outside that's why but idk. Any advice or insite???
