[Rip] Duke, Akita, 14. My brother
Today I had to put down my bestfriend. It was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. I'm 19 years old now and my dog was 14, so he's been around for as long as I can remember. It's only been a couple of hours but I'm so devastated. Watching him go, albeit peacefully was so incredibly difficult, I was losing my mind. Hearing the vet tell me he's gone made my whole body numb. I still dont know how to react to all of this. To be honest I dont even know why I'm here. I guess I'm just seeking for advice on how to move on...
