What is something that i can always have on myself, that if see a stray dog , i can feed it to him/her?

Main Question:

What the topic says. I usually go on long walks at night . And often a dog or a cat comes over , for whom i got nothing to feed.

So something from a tuck shop or a supermarket...:maybe a piece of bread in an airtight seal? Or anything that's easy for me to carry.

Tomorrow i came across such a cute pitiful creature. She came towards me at a friendly pace, literally waging her tail, and sat infront. Looked at me with these ...these eyes... I know, I know...they use these tactics to get food.

So what? you want them to do a dance off to earn something. She constantly looked at me. I petted her for quite a while, had some good talk :) , but I didn't had anything on me.
