A dog bit me through my hoodie, owner says he got his shots, should I worry?
The owner is my close friend and he said that the dog jumps on new people but doesn't bite. Lo and behold, he bites me. I was wearing a hoodie and he was trying to bite me through that. I later took off the hoodie and saw a blue bruise like mark with a little bit of red around it (pretty sure it was blood but how did he draw blood through the hoodie).
Owner subdues the dog long enough for me to run away. Dog is ok after a while and acts normally. Should I be worried?
Edit: Checked with owner around 6 hours later and he said that he has gotten his dog all the shots that were required from the doctor. He's currently checking through the papers to see if Rabies was one of them but he's sure it was.
