I'm going to get a dog in a year and looking for an 'all bark and no bite' dog.

I recently got bit by a dog and the paperwork that the other person would've had to fill if he was not my friend would've been tremendous. That's why I never want that kind of trouble. I know that you can train dogs but even the most trained dogs sometimes break and bite people. I'm looking for an 'all bark and no bite' dog. A dog that barks when unwanted people come near me and scare them away but doesn't actually bite them. Any dog breeds that resemble this behaviour?

Edit: so, I know every dog bites. But, what I tried to ask in this post was which breed of dogs are the least aggressive, have the least tendency to bite. I don't know why I asked dogs that just don't bite at all, because there aren't any.
