Cannot get my puppy to bark.
I have been trying to teach my Australian shepard. She only has barked while playing with our other dog and still rarely. I reward her everytime she does and reward our other dog when he does and she doesn't to try and show her what i want. I bark at her, she doesn't respond and looks at me strangely. I cannot her get to bark at anything other than our other dog while playing not at the door sirens other dogs nothing i have tried and am at a loss. I'm trying daily and for 2 weeks straight now with little progress. Please some advise.
