My dog is going on my nerves and I cant take it anymore

So hear me out first. I love animals and when I say that I love them by that I mean that I would probably give my life for every random pet if it was needed. But dogs are probably the best of them all, atleast for me. Im 15 and Im the reason my parents got me a dog, and he is amazing or atleast he was. He is 5 years old I bought him in 2014. His breed is Biewer Yorkie and everything was okay until last summer in 2018. Before I would go out with friends and we would walk and talk for hours and I would always bring him to walk him while we chat and we went everywhere. And he was always good. But somewhere in 2018 at nights or randomly he would start to shake, and he would always do that randomly even in the middle of the night. First couple of months we thought that maybe he was sick but after 10 minutes after shaking he was normal. Later we found out that he shakes just when an dog but just that one specific dog barks. And after some time after that dog barks and I need to walk him he wouldnt walk because of stress that he was getting from barks. But we dont know why is he scared of that dogs barks even tho he never had interactions with him. Summer 2018 he starts to just walk with me around the houses and that. As the time goes by he doesnt want to walk with me so far as sometimes. BUT keep in mind that he is healthy! And that goes and goes and now he doesnt go on those routes when we would go with friends or alone sometimes, he doesnt go nearly that far but not even a little, and if I try he just doesnt want he put his tail down, he shakes and he pulls back. 2019 february he doesnt go that far not even a little, now we have just around the house route when he needs to pee and poop and to the grandmother. Thats it. Today april, he doesnt even wants to go even far from home, he just goes out infront of the home and if i want to go around he pulls. He is doing these things for the last hooow many months and he is going on my nerves because he is healthy and he doesnt even has a reason for this, now he does this even if that dog that barks isnt even here I dont know why. I beat him today because I have so many problems and this is just the break point. I still love him I just want for him to be back on normal but I dont know how. If you read all of this, thank you.
