Do you give your dogs supplements (glucosamine, Omega-3, etc)? What have you used? Do you think they've helped?

My dog is 8 and very, very healthy (though he does sleep more than he used to but this is normal I guess), but I'd just like to get out ahead of any joint issues that may arise.

Do you give supplements for joints, softer fur, anything like that?
