I don't think my dog doesnt likes me.

I don't know if its because he sees my face all day but my dog doesn't seem to care about me much. I just adopted him last month, hes 2 and I instantly noticed that he would get excited around everyone but me. Also he is more obedient towards men then women which sucks for me. He's not much of a listener yet, he had no training when I got him but he's smart he knows what 'come here me'. But he ignores the crap out of everyone especially me. And he's become attached to my male cousin who hes barely ever around. I literally had to chase him around the house because he refused to come to bed, all he wanted to do was lay with my cousin down stairs. I don't get it, I feed him, train him, walk him, show him affection why doesn't he like me? He acts like the world is ending whenever he has to come in my room for the night. He won't ever cross the threshold of my room unless I physically make him. Smh. Bribing him with treats doesn't work anymore either. I'd let him roam and sleep where he wants but he has a tendency of peeing in the house and making messes when unsupervised. I wanted a companion when I decided to adopted. instead I got a dog that would be fine with me never being around I feel.
