dog ultrasonic repellent detector / sensor

Hi.

I have a dog. It lives outside. I am unsure if someone has set up an ultrasonic dog repellent to make it quiet.

I know there are many different dog ultrasonic repellents. Are there any detectors to check whether there is an ultrasonic waves coming, and where are they coming from?

I imagine something like metal detector, radiation detector, etc. Even out phones are detectors of WiFi or our eyes are detectors of light. Etc... you get it. Any device to tell me if it senses ultrasonic sound, strength, etc? Preferably it should be suited for search of dog ultrasonic sources.
