Any Las Vegas residents who have had a dog go missing and successfully find the dog?

I'm not currently in Las Vegas, asking for a non-redditor friend who does live there.

I was wondering if there was a dependable source, website, organization, or basically anything that helped or can help in pushing out the criteria, picture, information regarding dogs.
